The Home Office has announced a number of changes to the immigration rules which will come into effect on 1 July 2013.
They include;
- Changes to the required documents for approved English language tests
- Clarification of ‘regulated financial institutions’
- Further legal courses are now exempt from the time limit on Tier 4 visas
- Religious Tier 5 extension visa applications do not need a resident labour market test.
