On 1 April 2013 UKBA will go back under the control of the Home Office.
The Home Office report they will re-structure UK immigration into two separate units. The first will deal with visa and immigration services, focusing on making high quality decisions and customer satisfaction. The second will deal with immigration law enforcement, aiming for a tough approach on those who break immigration laws.
The UKBA website will be updated with new content until it is moved to the government’s website at www.gov.uk over time.
During these transitional periods it is vital to have current knowledge of all the immigration processes and procedures. With over twelve years’ experience in the immigration field we are in an excellent position to advise and manage your application to the Home Office.
